Ultra Sabers Archon V2
Everybody this is Alex at Ultra Sabers and I’m here showing you the new Archon v2. To a few guys remember the Archon this is the original Archon v1 it was all black made of PVC very durable saber and it was the first ever we made with a traditional flange type emitter. Now that this particular archive still works it’s belonging to my youngest son, and he’s been very brutal with it but after all these years still functions fine. We felt that this saber here is a worthy successor to the name Archon and it’s well it’s everything I wanted the original Archon to be and and more. The saber starts off as you can see it’s got the nice hero emitter here emitter means that the neck protrudes above the flange instead of being flushed with the flange the flange itself is a nice wide two-inch flange it’s I really didn’t like the small flanges I see around I wanted something more substantial more true to what I would think a tsuba or a handguard should actually be. The silver part of the emitter is actually a separate piece from the black neck, so this is actually one piece this is another piece this is another piece is a four-piece saber. It’s um it’s one of our more elaborate designs the whole idea is that you can replace this next section with any double male connector so for example if you had one of our vented pommels you could you could actually put it right here and you’d have a nice accent so take what prevented pommel you actually replace the neck with a vented pommel and then the light would shine through the through the vents because the blade would the blade actually goes all the way down to here. A blade socket on this saber is a good four inches deep and we felt that was that was good for a doing standpoint also good from a balance standpoint another prominent feature is the button location we felt that any kind of activation box or anything in the lower section would not only make an electronics install difficult we felt that it got in the way of dueling and certainly we had lots of candidates for a button placement activation boxes all kinds of stuff we felt just placing it right square in the middle of the saber was good. I mean when you grip you normally gonna be gripping somewhere between the neck and the top into the foregrip and your trailing hand will be in the bottom it actually puts the switch right in between your hands, and it doesn’t get in the way. Any way you slice it it’s good for electronics and it allows sound boards and batteries to be kept in this compartment it also allows the upper reaches to house the modular LED unit all-in-all that’s the perfect place for the button. The pommel is a nice hefty armitage pommel if you look at about the nice classic look is vented for sound this thing is not small by any means and it’s not oversized either it’s exactly our proportions for this style anyone who sees the style pommel it’ll immediately recognize it as a lightsaber pummel. It is just that nice this particular display model I’ve got right here has obsidian in it now City and is an option for these sabers and obsidian sound is revolutionary in the in our neck of the woods here in the saber there’s been other sound boards available but nothing quite like obsidian. The sound this saber makes is very nice a nice deep residence cavity as P okay this particular saber is made in an chamber color we call fire orange. It’s got a lock up sound I’m going to shut this off it’d be a long press. All in all, it’s a very impressive saber it’s great for a display it looks great it’s got a nice, shined accents on it it’s one of the prettiest sabers we’ve made but it’s not just built refer to look pretty. Some people have wanted to know how you know how thick it is what’s the girth on it there’s my hand I don’t have huge hands by any means but there you go I would with my other hand, but my other hand is injured at the moment I can’t really grip a sabers very well. It’s also great for our main purpose our main purpose at Ultra Sabers is to build something that’s combat worthy if you can’t fight with it, I’m not gonna sell to you. This saber is whatever moves do over these sabers out the flange makes a nice handguard it makes a great place your hand to rest whether you like to hold up high or hold in the middle like hold in the middle the neck is a great choke point if you like to hold down here like I said before button gets out of your way and you have a nice grip. All in all, this saber is great the really deep blade socket means that the way is not going anywhere the blade will stay in place it’s not going to torque it’s not going to twist I’m not going to bend it’s not going to fly out. Overall I’d say we did a really great job on this saber and judging wood through all the entire lineup this is my personal favorite and I’m taking anything away from other models I just always have liked the traditional flange look and I wanted to bring saber out that was our own design our own take on a traditional saber and this is a very good candidate for it I’m very proud to bring this to you. You can check out this saber on Ultra Sabers.com as you know so check out our Facebook page at Facebook/Ultra Sabers. You can also check out our forum on www.Saberforum.com. So go ahead and rate this video, subscribe to my channel add this video to your favorites if you like it tell your friends about us if you want to see the saber in action stay tuned because my good buddy Nova star came over, he wanted to get a good look at the Arbiter not Arbiter my bad Archon. Arbiter is another flanged emitter shaper we have. But anyway, Nova star came over and we took this down to my garage and we spun it around and he liked it he also gave one of these too it’s one of his family members you had a birthday party. So anyway, that’s it our convey – very worthy successor to the original and I predict to probably be one of our bestselling sabers yet get them before they’re gone. There you have it the Archon saber, nice and loud.

Ultrasabers is proud to present: THE ARCHON V2.1
I do truly believe that one look at this saber speaks for itself. It’s gorgeous. But don’t let it’s beauty fool you, it’s combat ready. This saber is built with high quality aircraft aluminum. It will stand up to rigorous use time and again. It’s a 5 piece saber design with a highly pronounced flanged emitter and the classic skinny neck saber enthusiasts love. The saber body has a deep groove pattern on the grips and the pommel is wide with deep landings as well. The Archon v2.1 now comes standard with a covertec wheel.
The neck on the emitter is 3/8″ long and sets the entire saber off perfectly. The entire saber is 12″ assembled (12.375″ including the neck) so it’s ideal for either two hand or one handed combat.
The Archon v2.1 saber comes completely assembled and ready to go. The Archon v2.1 is a 5 part saber, and can be disassembled. The emitter, neck, and pommel are MHS (Modular Hilt System) Compatible, meaning that they are removable and interchangeable with other MHS compatible parts.
