Introducing the Darksaber v2
Smaller. Slimmer. Sleeker. While the Darksaber v1 has been one of the best selling & most popular Ultrasabers to date, we got a little feedback that it was a little big, so we decided to slim it down-
We are thrilled to present you guys with: The Darksaber CE v2. We spent hours overhauling and updating its design, and we’re happy to finally get this added to the arsenal and in your hands.
Right off the bat, The Darksaber CE v2 is literally about half the weight of the Darksaber v1. From the guard over the emitter to the vented pommel, we’ve slimmed down & streamlined every aspect of the hilt’s design. The standard circular shape of an Ultrasaber has been redesigned to a slimmer oval shape that gives the saber a natural feel in your grip. Check it out in the video or gallery- this is a first for an Ultrasaber and we think you’ll be very pleased with the adjustment.
Speaking of which- In order to bring this new lightweight and more streamlined design to the hilt, we’ve had to remove the MHS compatibility of the The Darksaber CE v2’s pommel. Instead of the typical MHS compatible pommel, The Darksaber CE v2’s is held in place with a simple retention screw, of which we will provide extras.
The Darksaber CE v2 is in stock and ready to ship right now, and is available in all configurations- including the NEW Ultra Proffie soundboard.
The Darksaber CE v2 is available in four finishes, but features a new one in the SE:
The flagship Ultrasabers Darksaber v2 is completely anodized black in our classic “dark” look.
The Darksaber CE v2 is entirely black, but has been sandblasted for a beautiful matte black look.
The Darksaber SE v2 is an all new brushed aluminum and sand-blasted finish for a darker look.
The Darksaber LE v2 features the black anodized hilt being machined back to reveal silver in the paneling and groves of the saber.
