Returns

Ultrasabers offers a 3 day return policy. These are all handmade custom crafted sabers so all returns are issued as store credit. If you do not like the product, you may return it. A 20% restocking fee will be incurred. This only applies if the product is still in brand new condition. If the product is received in less than brand new condition then the restocking fee will be incrementally increased, or the return may be refused. It is the responsibility of our customers to return the product in new condition.

Any issues due to damaged packaging or that take place during shipping/ transit of your order must be handled through a claim with your selected shipping provider. Ultrasabers can assist in opening this claim.

All returns will be issued as a store credit. You will be emailed a coupon code that you can use to purchase anything from the Ultrasabers website minus the assessed restocking fee and any shipping costs. Please email info@ultrasabers.com with your Order # in the event that you need to return your order. Please do not return anything to Ultra Sabers without email approval first. Thank you.
